Fans are encouraged to be in their seats at 6:30 p.m. for the beginning of the ceremony, which will feature video tributes to the team’s first-ever American Hockey League championship, an appearance by the Calder Cup championship trophy and the raising of the 2019 championship banner.
Bojangles’ Coliseum doors will open at 5:30 p.m., and the first 2,500 fans to arrive will receive a free replica mini championship banner courtesy of Novant Health upon entering the building. The game against the Bridgeport Sound Tigers will begin at 7. Following the ceremony, the Calder Cup trophy will be on display in the coliseum’s Red Line Club restaurant throughout the evening.
