The AHL today announced it has suspended Checkers defenseman Gustav Forsling.
The blueliner has been handed a two-game suspension as a result of a cross-checking incident in Friday’s loss to Utica.
Forsling will miss both of Charlotte’s games against Cleveland this Tuesday and Wednesday.
