The AHL announced today that Max McCormick has been suspended one game.
The suspension comes after McCormick was assessed a game misconduct in Wednesday’s win over Hershey for fighting Tyler Lewington off the faceoff. That was his third game misconduct of the season, which results in an automatic one-game suspension.
McCormick, who has 23 points (12g, 11a) and 87 penalty minutes in 35 games this season, will miss Saturday’s game against the Toronto Marlies.
