The Checkers today assigned Callum Booth to the ECHL’s Reading Royals.
The netminder appeared in two games during his most recent stint with Charlotte, moving his season record to 4-1-0 with a 2.53 goals-against average and a .898 save percentage. He heads back to Reading where he has gone 7-5-1 with a 2.79 goals-against average and a .902 save percentage over 13 games with the Royals.
The Checkers now head into this weekend’s series against Providence with the goaltending tandem of Alex Nedeljkovic and Scott Darling.
