[email protected]Charlotte Kerpen joined the Checkers Corporate Department in 2026. She graduated from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing and Innovation & Entrepreneurship with a minor in Advertising.
During her time in school, Charlotte gained experience across multiple professional sports organizations, including the New York Mets and Boston Celtics, where she worked in gameday marketing and entertainment. After graduating, she moved to Charlotte and joined the Carolina Panthers, working in entertainment and game presentation while also supporting Charlotte FC on match days. She has worked across the MLB, NBA, NFL, MLS, and now the AHL and Women’s Basketball.
Outside of game days, Charlotte enjoys baking, crafting, trying new coffee spots, and spending time with her Siamese cat, Tova.
