Each month during the season, the Checkers and Novant Health will recognize a local Community Hero.
Whether it is a healthcare worker, first responder, grocery store or restaurant employee, delivery driver, non-profit leader or community volunteer, we encounter community heroes in our everyday lives. Now is your time to nominate one for a special gameday experience!
Simply fill out the form to make your nomination. Winners will receive tickets to a Checkers game, where they will have the opportunity to ride the Zamboni and earn special recognition during the game and on the team’s social media channels.
A new nomination cycle will begin on the first Monday of each month for the games specified below.
